According to a Yahoo! news report today, Senator Edward Kennedy, a Democrat from Massachusetts, found himself unable to board a commercial flight from Washington to Boston, because his name appeared on the Department of Homeland Security’s “no fly” list.
It was chalked up to an “error”.
However, according to the report, “Kennedy says it took three calls to Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge to get his name stricken from the list. The process took several weeks, in all.”
Suuuure it was an error.
Sounds like a Republican good old boy practical joke to me!
