Ara Gabrielyan of Glendale, California, was arrested for tracking his ex-girlfriend by affixing a celphone underneath her car, and then using it to track her movements via GPS.
His ex had found it odd that he kept showing up wherever she was.
Then, according to the CNN report, she caught him under her car, trying to change the battery in the celphone.
He obviously hadn’t realized that he could have gotten a nifty solar battery charger for the phone!
