It's the hippy-ist place on earth and we aren't ALL friendly or happy and we don't need any new people. Although they are going to kick me out if I keep gaining weight. You have to be under 20% body fat to live here, have a Subaru (at least one) a dog (preferably a Golden Retriever or Lab)and be anti-bush. If you have small children you MUST have them playing soccer as soon as they can walk, pull them around in a little red wagon or on the attachment kids thing that goes on your bike. You MUST have at least one bike too. Actually, we are all happy here because of the weather. It's sunny all the time - more than Florida. House trade???
